You won't find an "affordable" color all in one laserjet.. And Toner, while it lasts longer than ink cartridges, costs at least $200 every time you replace all 4 drums.......... Damn.... I Decided to go do some looking around mid post and I'm mistaken... Samsung has this printer which seems to have a very rich feature set. And the toners are fairly inexpensive at $40 a piece for each of the three color toners. So that may be an affordable middle ground for you.. GL!

I've had bad luck with the Xerox Color printers and that's not an All In One..

If you don't want to be replacing fusers and drums on a regular basis, stick with HP. Yeah they cost a bit more up front but I can almost guarantee that it'll run 5 years without ever requiring anything replaced except the toner cartridges.

Also, don't buy toner refills EVER. Sooner or later you will get one that leaks, and then anything you've saved on toner will be spend having the machine cleaned and repaired.

Just research any printer you buy to make sure that it will keep printing even when it "thinks" the toner is low. That's the best way to save money on toner - take it out and shake it and keep using it until you can't stand the way it prints.
