Remember seeing early reports of the vitual keyboard?

I forgot all about it until recently and thought that I'd google it. Seems that it does or did exist but must not have been all that good of an idea. If you look at the specs info regarding software, Vista isn't mentioned so I have no idea how old that page is. Also says out of stock and mentions that's due to heavy volumn in november, december (year?) so it's outdate info.
I could see it for a PDA or cell phone as I'd have to think typing on those things has to suck.

It's available in limited production right now, it's not cheap, and from all reports it's not really practical because it does get confused and also you fingers hurt from typing on a hard surface (unless you use a rubber mat or something which sort of negates the convenience factor).

Better than nothing, but with most PDAs having some kind of small QWERT keyboard on them now, I doubt it'll go anywhere.

I thought that came out some time ago...maybe I am wrong.

I would never get it though. too much that can go wrong. How d oyou feel your home keys. ;)
