I've got 2 80 Gig drives, 1 320 Gig drive and 2 Gigs of RAM. Windows XP professional is on one of the 80 Drives C:. All my new games are on the 320 Gig drive E:. I have no intention of moving windows off of the 80 Gig drive. I'm interested in the fastest load time for maps when I'm gaming. Currently I have windows managing the swap file on Drive D. Is that the best location or should I move it to another drive?

it really doesn't matter. if page file performance is affecting your game/load times, then you are in dire need of more RAM.

I usually leave the swap file on the same drive as Windows, since my other programs like games are on a different physical drive.

Same drive as Windows is fine, and if you have anything more than 1Gb then just let Windows manage the size. If you have 2Gb or more your swap file isn't used much, although it's not a good idea to eliminate it or make it smaller than 1.5gb. Some apps require a swap file for special operations and you'll break them.
