PCI Clock: 32 or 64MHz?

Post by GuardianAsher »

I have an old system I'm turning into a web browing box for the living room. I cleared the CMOS, and when I was checking the settings, the PCI clock is set at 64MHz. But when I look on my main rig, it's at 32? Could the 64MHz clock be causing some of the lock-up probems when I put in PCI cards?

Yes, it's very possible that is causing some lock ups for you. Try setting it to 32 if you can.. GL!
