Utility that shows dual core usage?

want something for my new lappy - dell intel core dual core - that will show what each of those little critters is doing - task manager just gives me a composite - looked on major geeks but didn't see anything....i just notice that it ran an AV scan and Spysweeper scan very fast at the same time.....

the built in perfmon utility will definitely do it...but it's not pretty. :)

samurize is pretty cool, but it takes a bit of design work to make it look how you want it. basically you can build any number of charts and graphs that can get the info from perfmon.

here's a screenshot of one i am using:

Just click Start>Run perfmon ;)
