I have an old Toshiba Satelite lappy sitting in my closet. The screen doesn't work on it, but the base still works perfectly. Pentium 166MHz proc, 64MB of RAM, and a 5GB HD. What should I do with this thing? Maybe upgrade the HD and use it as a file server?

Put it on e-bay, you would be shocked at what people will pay for spare parts.

CarPuter? in the case of the laptop... if it has a parallel port i can hook a 4x40 LCD to it and make a mp3 player out of it. The other isnt too shabby.. a slow HTPC... a MAME box?
