Serial ATA western digital hard drive

I have a 200 gig wd sata hdd, but the drive is not shpwing up in My Computer. I have installed all of the drive but it still does not show up, any clue on what i should do.

Has it been partitioned?

It will not show up in My Computer until it's been partitioned. Right click My Computer, select Manage, select Disk Management, right click on the unpartitioned drive and partition and format it.
