wtf, I restart, and now firefox cant access the web.

System Restore to yesterday's save point.
Yeah it'd be nice to know WHY it happend, but sometimes it's not worth the aggravation.

Seems pretty bizarre. System Restore should have fixed it.
Did you only go back a day? Try a week or more.

i went back to last tuesday. I know I have restarted plenty between then.

What about uninstalling FF, deleting any references in the registry, and deleting your profile folder?

thats just what I was doing. it fixed it, but I just dont know why it happened.
