I don't suppose this is the same thing as the old risers that came in PCs is it? You're wanting something more modern huh? lol

flex atx is like those small form factor pcs, the pci slots are about 1/2 height

Ebay is about the only place I have found them. Even then about all you can find is nic's and pci video cards.
