Doc Silly - SCSI question on a Tekram DC-390U3W

Hi Doc,
I bought a used Tekram DC-390U3W SCSI card and a 10k rpm Segate HD as a bundle. I will be performing a fresh install of XP w/sp1 this weekend. I went to Tekram's site and could not find any XP drivers for this card. Will this be a problem when I'm performing a fresh install, or does XP recognize the card when doing a fresh install?

It is quite possible that XP has builtin support ... I still don't have XP, only w2k, so I don't know for sure. You could grab the drivers for w2k and put them on a floppy from ftp://ftp.tekram.com.cn/storage/SCSI/PCI/DC-390X/DC-390U3D/Driver&AP/Dos&Win/Driver/ (just in case).

OK thanks Doc for the link. For some reason, Tekram's site did not have that link for the drivers. I guess I'll try it first without the driver.
