I was approved for my RMA on 9/16. I promptly shipped on 9/17. They received it on 9/20 (which I have proof of) and they haven't even acknowledged receipt of the damn package. What kind of BS is this? I wrote a letter yesterday asking about the delay in the status of my RMA and they haven't even read or responded to my email!!! Today is 9/24 and nothing! Their site claims 10 day turnaround upon receipt well I already wasted a week and the clock hasn't officially started clicking!!! I swear I will never buy another ABIT mobo again. Their customer service sucks arse!!!

I quit buying Abit boards a few years ago. Almost all the boards that I've had which were Abit, would always fail on me. I think I have only one Abit board left - BH6 that my daughter uses.

i just sent in my shuttle an35n ultra mb on the 16th and it arrived yesterday per usps - im wondering when it will be returned to any one know how shuttle is on rmas ? there web site kind of sucks !

like al lcomponies. they have their bad days.

I stopped buying abit for some time but there stuff is high quality again now so I deal with them again.

update:

gotten 2 boards back, both power and won't post.

Going to RMA my vidcard since this is the reason I had all these problems since I tried up update drivers on my vid card.
