Disabling windows security

Anyone know how to stop windows security (SP2) from loading on start up? Cat find it in system config or services. i dont use there firewall, virus protection or windows update so why do i need it running?

Just goto start>run....type services.msc...find security center and double click...set to disabled.
also there was this if you just want to turn off the notices.....
Go to Control Panel-Security Centre- then click on the last choice on the list to the left, "Change the Way Security Centre Alerts Me" -- then clear all of the check boxes. You will see no more of it.

I swear I looked in services before and it wasn't there. Someone must have slipped it in there when I was asleep.
