Newer dell case= ATX?

I have a client coming over tommarrow and after seeing my rigs wants me to do a mod job on his newer dell
I know the plug is not standard atx, but I should be able to move psu mb and all the rest over to a premod or hand moded case right?

No because the front panel connector pins are not the same. you can try
