only runs at 1.05 on this stupid iwill board....dont know if it is the board or cpu. driving me nutz

Hmm prolly the board. You have to change the multi and FSB range with a jumper on one of mine. Boards aren't too bad overall, just not what I would use for a main system myself.

Yep, change the jumper and make sure you cool the sucker well.
