Need RAM recommendation for an Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe

Post by FlyingPenguin »

I'm having trouble getting it to POST in dual channel mode with the a Barton 3200+ and 2 sticks of Elixir DDR400. I can get it to post by turning up the voltage and adjusting the timing but it still seems flaky so I want some better memory.

I usually order Crucial but I'd like recommendations from anyone running a 400 Mhz bus CPU on one of these mobos.

Thanks.

FYI: Bought a pair of Corsair 512Mb Twin-Max DDR400 at NewEgg and they run in Dual Channel mode just fine.
