IE Prints Blank Page for Limited Users

I'm having an issue with some computers in our office. People using limited access accounts are unable to print the contents of a web page from Internet Explorer (admins can print just fine). When they do print, a blank page comes out of the printer with the "normal" header/footer you see when printing from IE (e.g. "Page 1 of 1", Date, etc). All other applications can print fine. The same thing happens when doing a Print Preview or printing to a file.

The one thing I have noticed is in the bottom left of a printed page where the URL normally appears. The URL is something like file:\\c:\windows\temp\ASFHJKALSEK. This seems to indicate that IE is trying to print some local cached version of the page but the local version is empty, yes? I've tried dumping the cache from IE and limiting the cache size, but the same results happen. Has anyone experienced this before? I'm hoping someone here who does PC maintenance for a living can guide me. :) Thanks!

I think you need to give them full access to the cached folder. thru the securities settings.

THANK YOU! You wouldn't believe how long I've been looking for an answer to this, but that did it. :)
