About ready to throw my Logitech MX 700 out the window...

Post by MegaVectra »

In games I let go of the button and I keep going or shooting. Not very stealth like in BFV, if you know what I mean.

I've tried with, without, both Logitech's software and Microsoft's. I've moved the reciever almost all over the room with the same results. The MX Duo keyboard works fine.

Never used an MX700 (have a MX500 I love) You have probably tried this but on my old MS wireless mouse changing the channel seemed to help sometimes. Does the MX 700 even have multi channels?

that has nothign to do with anything. It jsut sounds defective. RMA/return it.

I have one I hardly ever use but i like it

Much heavier then the 500 which is what I like about it.

Do you use the Logitech drivers? I have an issue with the buttons on the side not always being useable in BFV.

Maybe the character weapon you are using has a "hairtrigger" and it might be getting jammed in the fire position.

only button i have probs with on my 700 is the 3rd button in the wheels. only happens in games but sometimes it works sometimes it don't. Sucks to cause thats where i always put my aim at. just got use to putting it on the keyboard real close. rest of the buttons work just fine all the time.

I did a reinstall of Mouseware and ran the Advanced Utility and am hoping that it will help with the problems I was having. Not even HL was recognizing the 4th button (top thumb button).

Mine acts up if its too far away from the receiver. Most of the time it seems to be due to the signal being blocked by something. In my case the monitor.

But it acts crazy if it happens.
