Anyone know how to do a dual boot using win2k? and 98?
This using a 13 gigger for win2k and a 2 giger for win98. I already have 2k on the 13 gig.

install Win98 on the HD you want First. Then install Win2k on the other HD after that. Win2k has to have Win98 already installed to create a boot menu. If you dont want to wipe out what you already have. install win98..and then just reinstall win2k ontop of win2k.

Actually, if you install 98 first and then IN win98 throw in the win2k cd. When the autorun screen pops up one of the options should be to install win2k in addition to the current OS for a dual boot machine. try that.

when the autorun pops up say no to upgrading your os
then at the fall beack menu use install - then dual boot

gotta have 98/me running first though

and make sure that you check the option that lets you select which drive and partition you install win2k on.
