Weird Display Issue

Post by Busby »

Not sure if it's my monitor or my video card but I've just recently been having a weird "ghost" of the image. The image displays correctly but there is another image of the screen that is shifted a little to the right and It's mainly seen on white backgrounds but it's annoying as hell. Running 4.3 Cats on a Radeon 9700 Pro with a Samsing SyncMaster 955DF. I am going to try going back to the 4.2 Cats and seeing if it still does it.

Any ideas of the culprit?

I have seen that effect on the Automatic scoring equipment in bowling alleys. Not the same as your PC but in that case it was always the monitor.

I hit it a few times on the top and now it's all fixed. Crazy stuff.
