Compaq Ipaq how in the hell??

Post by Demrok »

ok the GF just bought a PDA for her nursing drug guide program for when she does he clinical stuff
BUT
everytime you open a new program you CAN'T close it!!!
there's no little X in the top right hand corner
???? wtf? it's windows is it not? and in fact it's windows CE 3.0

so does anyone know where I adjust the settings for this thing to give me back the X? or how to close something without needing it

that'd be a BIG help, thanks!

to close the program in Windows CE go to : Start/Settings/System/Memory/Running programs Tab/Stop or Stop All.

The people who write the program have the ability to put the close X in the proggie to close the thing.

This might be better in the Mobile Computing Section of the Forums.

yeah but usually there is a little x in the right top corner to close everything with, then you get taken back to the "desktop" where you can have a pic of whatever you want
or am I confusing CD v4 with this CEv3...... I am pretty sure that windows CE 3 had the ability to do that...

does anyone know how to solve this? thanks!
