ok i am building my own pc. I have got the case and the motherboard(the abit kt7 with raid) i have heard that there is some sort of problem with this motherboard or something happens where it will crash. Does anybody know about this?

I haven't had any problems personally with my KT7-RAID, and I know of alot of others running the KT7-RAID with no problems at all either. In my oppinion it is a rock solid board, and couldn't be any happier with it.
