LF Program to read mem manufacturer?

I have a stick of ddr with no markings other than 512mb ddr 333 and has Samsung chips but want to find out who made/sold/services the ram.
sisoft doesn't seem to say anthing about it, any other programs?

That isn't one you got from me is it ? The ones I sent to you were Nanya and Samsung OEM (Aida32 said Xerox).

yeah, one of the ones I got from you died
I used it for a bit, then put it away and sold it, shipped it and guy said it was dead, sent it back and dead with no damage, other one works fine so trying to see if any warranty.
I remember you saying xerox and nanya but I cant tell them apart. The one with the warranty sticker is fine.
