First off you can only get a CRT Flat screen not a flat panel. Flat panels are LCDs.

Second off, a CRT flat screen with a black cabinet can be found at:

http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproduct.a ... 6824002032
http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproduct.a ... 6824002029
http://www.newegg.com/app/viewproduct.a ... 6824116279

Along with many more. Goto http://www.newegg.com/app/manufactory.a ... =19&DEPA=1 and on the left enter in 17 inch and black and such and get the results. NEC/Mitsubishi, Viewsonic, Samsung, KDS, and Sony make good monitors.

As I said above i've already been to newegg..But thank you for the links...The cheapest one is the KDS at $109... But I do thank you for telling me what brands you think are good.. Thats basicaly what I wanted to know is what brands you thought were good.. It makes it a little more exspensive to have an all black custom, but a white/beige custom is not very exciting.. I already have my black case which came by fedex a couple weeks ago

bout once a month dell has real nice prices on their monitors

decent 17 lcd or 19 crt ~ $300

also the deals boards to see what the closeouts are at CC, Omax, Staples

they had not too shabby KDS 19" around a while back for <$200

sure they ain't perfect but the extra real estate makes up for it
