Yes FP, I know you have a tutorial.. lol.. I printed it out and have it at home. I just wanted to ask a question to make sure I'm clear on some things. when I start up ghost to do a HD to HD restore/copy if the destination drive is bigger than the source drive will ghost just inflate the partitions to accomodate the additional space? I'm going from an 80GB drive to a 120GB drive.. Just curious.. I have the manual at home as well. But figured this was a simple question I could ask while I was at work. he he. TIA eGo

***edit*** Well guys, I didn't think it could be so easy.. I installed ghost 2003, told it what to do, it rebooted and 10 minutes later, it was done.. rebooted again, I switched HDs and BAM! It's like nothing ever happened! I LOVE THIS PROGRAM!! he he.. Just had to share that.. eGo

I just ghosted a 40 gig drive onto a 120- left the 120 formated in one partition
Must say ghost was much faster then other software that was recommended to me and i used for another drive

And Afterwards...

Yup - Ghost will resize the partition accordingly (FYI: You can also ghost from a larger drive to a smaller one and as long as the data fits, it'll resize the partition).

You will get prompted to change the partition size if you want (you can make it smaller to leave room for another partition).

If you're copying a drive with multiple partitions, you have the option of custom sizing all of them.
