It's Back From The Dead....

I think.. I have had a 512MB stick of PC133 on the shelf for over 6 months. I inadvertantly put it in a box after I had pulled the DDR that was in the board and put it in the PC133 case to ship. Well, I just noticed this today and it's been running fine since Friday.. WTF? It wouldn't even pass DocMem before and now it's running stuff like a champ.. CRAZY I SAY!!! eGo

Might have a hairline crack in it - see this all the time. Try running Docmemory while wiggling it slightly in it's socket.

Though, If I remember correctly about 2 months after I shelfed this ram the K7S5A I was running it in originally crapped out.. Could that have had anything to do with it? eGo
