Geez, I've gotten no less than 20 of these infected attachments claiming to be from Microsoft in the last few hours.
Friggin' virus must have infected on of my client's computers with broadband.

Ahhhh. It's a newgroup virus. I took apart the email message and found that it was emailed to the forwarded email I use on Google newsgroups. I just posted a newsgroup message this morning coincidently enough.
Just shut down that email address.
Oh and it's the Swen virus not Dumaru as I first thought. Nasty one, but there is a removal tool:
