guess the temp game

it was locking up so i looked at the bios and checked the cpu temp

any guesses

note its using a stock fan

me
guess i need a new one...

if its locking at 56, you have other heat issues as well since you should be able to go quite a bit beyond that(not recommended)

I'll guess 55* Because that's what mine was locking up/rebooting at, at PCALAN in the midday until I shut off folding and took the side off my case. eGo

when its got hot at pcalan- my ram did, the cpu was fine, I had to back down my ram speed a tad the 2nd night since it got so hot , but after that smooth sailing

55c/132f

what can i do to cool it down

note water cooled is not a option (yet)
