Its built in with the Shuttle ak31a
It hasn't been a bad to me at all.. BUT tonight Now I know there is a problem.. with some games. And only some.
For example: Nascar demo 2002 ran great but the horried engine sound.. An Yikes!! the 2003 demo same thing! I thought if they cant get there motor sounds straight Im not buying this and blamed them.
All other racing games have been fine.. Motor City (rip)
Gta3. gta vice, all need for speeds and ect..
What leads me to believe there is a problem is this:
Checked out the mod for BF called BF82 (interstate 1982) I get into a car and soon as I hit the gas a very repetative 2 second clip(loop) starts and never changes unless I stop.. then it just switches "canned idle"
I thought great.. same sound sheme they use on DC for the hummers or BF42 on the jeeps (on or off!!!).. horried!
Anyway I watched a vid on how the death track on 82 can be beaten. Viewed it and DAM! his car sounds ramp up and down! Thats were I blew my gasket.. There IS a problem.
I don't think any drivers or out past 2001 so I'm kinda stuck. Did a google and maby fould one or two responses that "might" be the same issue. " nascar 2003 runs great but the car sounds like wound out moped" or somthing like that..
On the nacar site I did try to yell there a bit calling there motors an eggbeater on crack! Any usful info?come back Nope. They tell you to update drivers..urgg
Veeery few of us have this prblem and arn't yelling enoght to make any waves, (or maybe people accept this) so I think I'll grap a cheap PCI.
But I must ask.. If you grab a hummer in DC Does you motor sound ramp or get a constant loop of motor runnig same speed. Maybe thats the norm on those, but I do know now its NOT on bF1982 as I heard it and sounded pretty good.
I'm Pretty sure the right card will fix this and the nascar demos. Seems to be only three or four games that wil not Rev.. Odd one ey??
