Hey guys,

I was looking around for a good PC case and saw this Raidmax Scorpio while shopping around. I was thinking of getting an Antec Plusview 1000AMG tower and a Antec 400w PSU. Together the 1000AMG case and psu was a little over $120 (round figures, probably more with S&H). A nice combo I thought. But the Raidmax looks even nicer and comes with a 420 Raidmax Psu @ $103 w/sleeved motherboard connector, side window and fans (but I'm buying some LED fans anyways).

Is Raidmax Scropio a good case/brand of PSU or is it junk? Seems to have the similar design and specs as the Antec case. I don't know much about Raidmax or their products.

I already nailed down the Cpu (2500XP Barton), HD (WD 120GbJB), Ram (1x 512mb Kingston PC-2700), Monitor (Viewsonic E70b) and the Dvd/cd burner and keyboard/mouse is set.

But I'm still keeping my options open and looking around for great deals out there.

Fake Edit: Whoever gave me that link to SVC.com the other day...you're going to be my new best friend. :)

That case is fine, it's based on the chinming cases. Which means it is similar to the antec. And I like the fact it is aluminum.

But I'm not sure either way on that psu. The case is based on the thermaltake xasar cases and Tt makes decent psu's that come in 420w flavors. That may be a Tt psu. But if it really is a raidmax, they are not the best.
