Also is this a good board or OCling, I'll be a using this board and a 2.4 p4 800fsb chip. Any other small things i need to help me cool the system and cpu when i oc? Let me know thanks. Looking to push this chip to atleast 3gig. 3.2 is a major plus.

Seems like a good board, though I would also consider the Abit IS7 if you are going to overclock.
Consider the Vantec Aeroflow for the HSF in place of the retail unit.
Easy to install and kickass performance.

I was thinking of getting a slk-900u but looks kinda complicated. I also was considering a zalman 700. I herd many good things about these on. Lets c how the vantec one does.

I just got a P4 2.4C and an Abit IS7-E motherboard. The combo runs extremely well, although a tad warm in my opinion (44 C @ idle) with the Intel heatsink & fan (w/AS3) I'm thinking about getting a Zalman heatsink and fan.
On the Abit boards, hyper-threading is enabled in the BIOS. To tell if it is activated, check the device manager. There should be two processors listed.
