I've just started building my first computer and I dont know which way to mount my psu. It has 2 fans, so it makes sense to me that the second fan would point down. But when i mounted it like this the writing on the back was upside down. Should the fan point up tward the top of the case???

Pretty sure if you check it out you will see that all the screw hole for mounting the PS will only line up when mounted one way. Anyway yes one fan should be pointed toward bottom of case and the other out the back

What Dad Said..

Yah, the top left screw won't line up unless the PSU is mounted properly.. eGo

sounds like da 3 stooges around here

bottom fan is to suck hot air from area of cpu

back fan is to exhaust from case

should only fit one way
