Just out of curiosity, does anyone out there know what is the maximum number of drives windows 2000. Im currently at drive U. I have about a total combine hds of 500gb, and zip drive and some external things. Im just curious, what happens when u hit Z??? After that if you add more drives what does it use to assign drives??? Is windows capped to 26 drives????

I got my hardrives partition for different usage and storage, examples, movie, mp3s, pictures etc. Primary hardrives. I got cd rom, dvd rom, cd burner, got card reader, zip drive, printer card reader.

My hardrives total are 500gbs :D

I might call microsoft and see what there reply is.
Or i might pick up some more hds to find out.
