PDA PalmPilot ? what to get

Hi gang,
I'm looking to buy a PDA. Can you guys tell me what I should be looking for. What is good what not. Any experience with certain brands or OS.
Anybody got anything for sale?

I love my compaq ipaq, there great pda's, they have windows and are pretty cool. U can record or type stuff in to pocket word and pocket excel then transfer it to pc with cradle.

I kind of like the Palm M130...screen's not too big, but it's got 8 MB of RAM, it's color, and it has an expansion slot....charges in it's cradle...can't really think of too much else. If you're not wanting anything very fancy, I'd highly recomend it. Probably be able to find in around $150, or less if you're lucky.

what kind of operating systems are there for PalmPilots. What would be the best? Are PDA's upgradeable besides Memorycards. ?
