Hey, some of those aren't even listed in the Computer Museum - Maybe you should submit em so they can be recorded!

Really?

Do they buy them? lol.. I've got about 9 of the 1st one, 3 of the 2nd and 2 of the 3rd.. And some other misc. stuff I didn't feel like getting model #'s off of.. lol.. What does this museum do? Just keep a database of all the PCs out there, or does it actually collect them?

Use em for folding! BWAHAHA! should only take you about 2.2 years to get through 1 WU @ 1Mhz, eh? Now go over to the software forum and help me out!

having one or 2 of them would be usefull.. they have serial out... that can do 9600 bps... so you could use them for home automation... or to run a model railroad... or... somthing that i cant think of at the moment.

LoL!

Yah.. I guess it would be pretty easy to write a program for those old things.. I've actually found a different model of one of the ones I have on ebay going for $700!!! So I think I'm going to try and auction them off.. heh.. :D

Yah, the only one that's proven to be of any potential value is the IMSAI.. I also think the TMC-1 is valuable, but I haven't been able to find anything on it. I'm gonna have to take some closer looks at those units to find out more about them. I also have some of the old card punch readers, and some funky old priners as well.. Who knows, I may be sitting on a gold mine!! lol.. ;) Srry Judge, but you're welcome to some of the stuff I have more than one of.. I'm not greedy.. lol..

Found More Stuff!!

I found some more cool stuff today.. I found a Commodore PET 2001, saw one on ebay for $100.. I gotta find out if it's the one with 8, 16, or 32k of Ram.. lol.. I also found some other older stuff that's been harder to find info on. I also found two old battery backups.. MinuteMan 500 was one of them. I'm gonna bring them home and test them out and see how they work with "unimportant" electronics.. Then once I do that, I'll hook it up to my older computer to see how long the battery will last.. heh.. It's nice to get all this free stuff!! eGo
