Guide to converting VHS to digital video

I know a bunch of guys here are working on converting your old VHS tapes into digital video formats, and thought I'd post a link to an ArsTechnica article called The Ars Technica Guide to Capturing, Cleaning, & Compressing Video - hope it helps. As for me, I havent owned a VCR in over 5 years hehe
