Identifying ECC ram

I have some sticks of sdram that I believe are ecc as they have 9 mem chips on the pcb and are recognized on sisoft as pc-100/72 as opposed to my other 8 chip sticks that are pc-133/64 for example.

However, I'd like to confirm this with a small program, any suggestions?

I tried sisoft 2001 and it doesn't state they are. I'm testing them on a small matx mb that doesn't support this type of ram yet it runs fine.

Although I'm 99.99999999999999999999% sure it's ECC since it has an odd number of chips, instead of the usual even number, check out MemTes86 or DocMemory PC Ram Tester.

I recommend memtest86 over DocMemory though.

Both of them are standalone bootable diagnostic disks
