need help setting up gamecube with asus tv tuner card

okay guys i got this asus tv tuner but have not had chance to hook it up with gamecube. How would you do this???? i pluged in AV in adapter and the video and sound thing to port but dont get anything on channel 3??? any help or guess that might get it to work.
