Where can I buy RAMBUS memory?

My son has a Asus P4T mobo. It currently has 4 slots, and all 4 are filled with 64 meg sticks of RAMBUS ram for a total of 256 megs of ram. He wants to upgrade to 512 total. We went to Best Buy and they don't carry RAMBUS memory. So I thought Crucial would carry it but they don't offer it either.
Any ideas where my son can buy some of this ram?

Hehe, so RAMBUS ram is considered junk? My son was asking me what speed it runs at, and I could not even find the info for it LOL.

OMG! 800MHz? No wonder it only takes his pc, when you first turn it on to the time it gets to the desktop, is less than 30 seconds.
Are all the RAMBUS ram run at 800MHz?

Nope, there's also 1066Mhz RDRAM.
A P4 3.06Ghz with 1066Mhz RDRAM is about the fastest thing you can get on the planet right now
