Palm People M505 vs M515

I currently have a Palm V and have used it every day for the past 3 years. Cant live without it.

I was looking to upgrade and noticed the M505 and M515.
I really cant find any difference except 8meg vs 16meg.

Personally I have been living with 2meg and happy.
and with the expansion slot...I can always expand.
Anyone know other differences.

Is it really worth the extra $150?
