need a manual and sound drivers

i have a atrend atc7400 board it has on board sound and i cant find a driver for it and i also need a manual for the board any help would be apreciated

Likely Atrend has been dead for a while.
Here are the specs of this really old motherboard:

The only mention of the integrated sound on the motherboard is this mention of Soundmax:
