dammit sound probs.

Well I finally got the new machine together. Minus the video card, using a V3 till my 9500Pro comes in. But yeah using a Shuttle AK32A (rev. 2.1). Well the probelm is the onboard sound is alll scratchy. u guys got any ideas?

nm, fixed. Updated drivers with VIA ones.

if that doen't work newegg had cmedia sound cards for ~20 - i put one in a rig that had ac97 and it made a huge difference - mine was a Pine, i think
