Have you guys checked out this mouse before?
I got it for christmas from my brother and didn't reall take it seriously. Till I tried it out today.

Some people hate them. I like the 1000 a lot better in games, but don't really like either for other things.
The main thing with the boomslang that is better than optical mice is mouse snapping. Optical mice make a pretty little Z pattern when you move them fast.
If anyone knows how to make the mouse sensitivity higher than Windows will support without using acceleration please let me know!

I really like the feel to it. Buttons feel great, and the wheel feels much better to me compared to the IntelliMouse Explorer from Microsoft I was using.
Put that Boomslang on a 3M Precise pad and its fantastic!
Love cranking my sensitivity on the fly.
