A friend asked me if he should buy a digital or analog LCD monitor. I asked him what type of video card he had and he said NVIDIA Riva TNT2 model 64. If I recall, that was a pretty good card about 3 or 3 1/2 years ago. Does anyone know if that card has digital capabilities?

not sure but digital would be a DVI connector and analog the old 15 pin connector... i highly doubt it does digital but i'm not 100% sure...

I have a tnt2 and it's not a dvi output,just a plain old db9 (or whatever).
If he's got a few bucks, suggest a 9000pro or some type of card that will suit him better.
The GF3 or Ati 9000 are a pretty good way to go for the buck.
