i'm looking at a backup considerations and might end up going w/ an IDE Travan solution because they run about $400 or so. while i'd much rather go w/ a DAT solution, i've only seen one; the Toshiba CMT3912U which runs a grand or so. :eek

any suggestions?

man, just get an external usb2 hd. I set mine up to be removable so when i fill a drive up I just pop in a new one.

i can't afford to buy 12 hard drives to do scheduled nightly backups besides, i can't get BackupExec to see the ext hard drive drive. =P
