Finally going to stop lurking here and post something about a dealing with http://www.thermalmasters.com

I apologize if this is the incorrect forum to post in ahead of time.

For a company that likes to boast on their website that they ship within 24 hours, it took 5 days for them to ship my order. When it finally did arrive 11 days later, the order was incomplete and the one piece of the order that did arrive (Thermaltake Volcano 9) had been drop shipped from Thermaltake themselves and was clearly NOT a brand new unit!!! So far I have made 3 phone calls and 2 e-mail's with no response from them yet. I'll keep everyone posted on how it all plays out. I'm one person who will not be ordering from them again.

Just trying to warn some people about how they do business.

goto http://www.resellerratings.com and leave them some appropriate feedback so that others can be forewarned as well.

I already did post a review on resellerratings. I'm up to 6 e-mail's and 5 phone messages. Next up will be a report to the BBB and then see about getting my credit card company to credit the charge back to my account. On a side note, has anyone had experience with http://www.lux-design.com ? they have some pretty sweet PSU mods for a good price considering the American dollar is worth a bit more there.
