Well, I have a friend who wants to buy and 80 gig hard drive. He has two in mind that are damn near the same price. One has an 8.0 ns seek time, vs. the other hdd that has an 8.9 seek. Only, the hard drive with the lower seek time has an 8 MB cache, vs. the 8.0 ns. seeker with 2 MB cache. Which one is better? He's a gamer and he listens to music...don't know what to tell him.

All other things being equal, more cache is better.
