Not real sure i'm wondering the same thing myself. I've got SuSE Professional Edition 8.1 and Lindows 2.0 i'm gonna try out.

my dual ppro 200/512 is running mandrake 8.2
console only though...it basicly just folds....

Redhat 7.3 after I got rid of Mandrake (it just didn't run too well for me). Had slackware but that took more than I could commit in as far as time.
I'll take the easy road as far as linux or unix goes when time and resourses asr scarce.

just dnlded/burned red hat 8.0 today.. hope to test it out a bit tomorrow on some old p2-400's

- SuSE Linux 8.0 Professional: it's n00b friendly, 8.1 is latest, personal edition should be good for most, I had it on my Linux-DSL-router till the HDD died recently.
- Gentoo Linux: for the more advanced user, I'm in the move to replace my SuSE install with it. It's also on my gaming rig as second OS.

Mandrake 8.2 on both my servers here. Stable and easy to use. Plus I don't have the time to upgrade.

Debian 3.0 and i use KDE 3.0 (windows manager) as well

Typically SuSE 8.0, but I'm gonna look elsewhere as the SuSE distro is a little... well, big.
