I bought an Asus P4S533 yesterday, and an oem 2.0 P4. I thought maybe I could overclock it. I've heard this motherboard was pretty good. It was cheaper than the Asus P4B533. Well. this motherboard is pretty good. I did get the 2.0 to 2.66@1.65v runs rock solid. My previous SIS chipset experiences have been horrible. I only have PC 2100 DDR and I really don't like odd overclocked buses.
So, if your going to get a P4 motherboard, you just might consider the Asus P4S533.

I wish I had gotten the P4S533
I went with the P4B533 because I really wanted the famed "Intel Chipset Stability"
Now officially the p4b533 only supports pc2100, however there's a nondocumented dipswitch for 2700
Unfortunately the board simply will not run more than one stick at PC2700 speeds.
So my options are run 768 at ~2000 sandra or 512 at ~3000 sandra
and insult to injury my old 645 based board ran like a tank whereas this ones crashing left and right
haven't isolated cause yet but I think it's the intel inf drivers...just reinstalled xp sp1 and didnt install any inf drivers...performance is great and no random reboots yet.

i've got the P4S533 running in my game rig..
i've never been happier with the stability and speed... (still got an itch to upgrade though)..
with this board, i was able to take my P4 1.6A to 2303 (144MHz) which i guess is decent... still want faster
