Anyone try WinMX for MP3 downloads?

Had a firend of mine recommend it. WinMX seems to be interesting, and no Spyware.

I haven't tried it i usually just get on IRC to find what i'm looking for. All these p2p programs just sucks anymore... I want NAPSTER back :(

I don't download a whole lot of songs but I have used WinMX for a long time. Seems to work pretty good for me.

WinMX is one of the 2 programs that I use for locating mp3's. The other is called AudioGnome. AudioGnome is great if you have the patience to go over several servers. You can connect up to 50 servers at the same time. I'm on a crappy modem, so I usually only have 15 servers at the most open.

Well i'm on a modem too, matt. A cable modem. :) All modems are not crappy.

I use WinMX, but i cant find many songs that i actually can download... so i'm looking for something else...

Worked fine before though...
