Here is my setup.

Antec 800 case.
3 80mm IN...1, tri-lite antec fan and 2 others, al labout 32cfm
2 80mm OUT...2 ultra quiet sunon 27 cfm
1 80mm fan attached to a back slot cover. Fan blowing up on the videocard
1 chromb orb on the 8500 with ram sinks
large passive zalim on the north bridge
slk800 with 82 cfm delta on the cpu on a fan bus. always on LOW unless its hot out
enermax 431 dual fan psu with an added 70mm fan on the inside
1 slim 80mm fan behind the mboard blowing onto the back on the board and cpu.

I also have a baybus on the top of the case controling the 2 back ans, slim 80mm and the 70mm on the psu.

Thats about it

its a pretty quiet case when all the fans are on low and it still stays cool.

Blue Meany case
4 80mm intake fans in front
2 Blue Light specials sucking air out the back
Antec 80mm tri Light on the SLK800 (34cfm)
1 side Antec 80mm blue fan in window sucking air out

Soon to be one on top sucking air out

Antec TrueBlue 480 ps w/ bottom 92mm fan sucking air from the cpu, 80mm sucking out

Use the 6 port baybus to control some of the fans

have another interesting baybus on the way

It's a battle to manage the noise to cooling ratio. I don't overclock the CPU but I do overclock the vid card, and I have 2 vid cards.

2 Quiet Sunon 80mm intake fans in front wired in series (so they're getting 6 volts each). They also have a filter in front of them.

Enermax 350 PSU with dual fans - one standard 80mm ehaust fan in the back (and it's a rather noisy one - I'm going to replace it) and a big ass 100mm intake fan on the inside vents of the PSU above the CPU (low RPM though and you can hardly hear it).

AX7 heatsink with a quiet Sunon 80mm fan on the CPU.

Most of the noise I hear is from the back exhaust fan. The computer is in a corner at desk height and close to the wall (it's also sitting next to the server although the server's PSU fan isn't as loud).

One trick I discovered to dramatically reduce the noise was to glue a sheet of styrofoam to the wall behind the computers. Acts as a sound dampener (otherwise the noise of the exhaust fans is just reflected off the wall). Made a big difference.

Chieftec case same as the Antec 1030B... I've got 2 Antec 80mm Blue LED fans in the front pulling in. 32 or 34cfm... 2 antec 80mm blue led fans in the rea blowing out r. Antec Tri Lite 80mm in the top blowing out. Antec 480W True Blue PSU with a 92 and 80mm fan. PSU has 4 super bright blue leds in side of it that light up the fans. The fans themselves don't have led's in them. 80mm Thermaltake Smart Fan 2 on the CPU puts out 75CFM at highest rpm i usually run it about 3500 where its ncie and quiet. All of the Antec fans are nice and quiet. Gonna put 1 80mm Blue LED Antec in the side panel window when i get around too it. I really need to get a baybus for all of the fans. I'm out of connectors to hook up anymore. And it would be nice to be able to quiet it down when needed.
